Alabama Rot has been reported in the UK for several years, but appears to be spreading. Whilst there is no need to panic as it is still very rare, it behoves all dog owners to be aware of the signs, symptoms and the treatment that is available for our beloved pets.

As a non-smoker, I never realised this was such a big issue - but the nicotine in electronic cigarettes combined with flavourings that make the liquid attractive to pets, has increased the number of poisonings in dogs by two-fold in the last 6 months.
